Remote
If you are looking at this website on the computer you need serviced, then we can normally fix the problem remotely. That means you do not have to wait for us to send a technician to you. One of our technicians can log in remotely and begin fixing your problem immediately!
Our Clients
We work for a variety of clients from medium sized businesses to individual residences.
Rates
We charge a flat rate of $75 an hour billed in 15 minute increments. We have a 1 hour minimum for remote assistance services, and a 2 hour minimum for onsite services. After hour requests will be charged $112.50 an hour.
